Research on broadband salary system based on statistical analysis of employee engagement index

Based on the actual development of prefecture-level tobacco business enterprises, this paper uses the employee engagement index to measure the degree of employees' willingness to take responsibility. Taking the Anqing Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Company) as an example, through analysis of employee engagement index and employee's satisfaction driving their engagement, the human resource factors that restrict the improvement of engagement were investigated via statistical questionnaire survey, and the main factors driving employee engagement were obtained, including salary, year-end distribution, promotion opportunities, performance management. The original enterprise salary system is improved by designing the linear salary system into a broadband salary system to improve the height of the salary system. The way of performance appraisal and income distribution is improved based on points-based system, so as to improve the salary ratio relationship and achieve position-points salary distribution system and dynamic salary management rules. In this way, employee engagement can be improved, team vitality can be stimulated, and high-quality development of the enterprise can be guaranteed.

Thoughts and suggestions on improving tobacco industry’s soft power

Based on the research results of soft power theory, the requirements of national soft power construction and the actual situation of tobacco industry's soft power,, this paper explores the connotation and constituent elements of soft power in tobacco industry, including cultural appeal, strategic leadership, innovation ability, social responsibility, public opinion guidance and resilience to potential risks. Following the law of soft power construction, this paper proposes to take ideology reform as a prerequisite, take top-level plan and mechanism construction as support; the "three relationships" as an important principle, think-tank construction as a key project and the tobacco industry's image improvement as an ultimate goal. At last, suggestions on further improvement of tobacco industry soft power are given from six aspects.

Construction of “digitized” supervisory system for tobacco monopoly management in Fujian province

In order to promote the high-quality development of tobacco monopoly business, this paper puts forward the idea of constructing the "digitized" supervision system of tobacco monopoly management in Fujian province. The contents of "digitized" supervision mainly include certificate management, case management, team management, market supervision, internal supervision and information management. The "digitized" supervision system is constructed from following five aspects, that is to build a data center based on data integration; to design an integrated platform based on the concept of integrated balance; to organize agile development with the goal of rapid response; to build a research and judgment center with the focus of digital anti-counterfeiting; to achieve intelligent regulation by means of technological innovation. The proposed digitized supervision system plays an important role in promoting the information level of tobacco monopoly management in Fujian province.

Inhalation toxicity testing on Wistar rats exposed to atomized glycerol in 90 days

[Objective] This work aims to understand the inhalation toxicity of glycerin as electronic cigarette atomizing agent.[Methods] In this work, 120 Wistar rats were selected as research objected subjected to 90 days of inhalation toxicity test, with 28 days of recovery. The rats were randomly divided into a negative control group, a low-dose group (10 mg/kg), a medium-dose group (100 mg/kg) and a high-dose group (750 mg/kg) according to their body weight. There were 30 animals in each group, half male and half female. During the experiment, the changes in animal body weight and food consumption were detected. After the exposing period and recovery period, hematology, blood biochemistry, urine and other endpoints were detected, Broncho alveolar lavage fluid was analyzed, and histopathological evaluation of animal organs was conducted.[Results] Compared with the negative control group, ① The male rats in the medium dose group exhibited significantly decreased food consumption at week 3 (P<0.05), while the female rats in the high dose group exhibited significantly decreased food consumption at week 6 and week 11 (P<0.05). ② The MCH (mean erythrocyte hemoglobin) level significantly increased in the male rats of medium dose group during recovery (P<0.05) and the level of PLT (platelet count) was significantly decreased (P<0.05). ③ There was no significant difference in blood biochemistry among the treatment groups (P>0.05). ④ The urine specific gravity in the low dose group increased during recovery period (P<0.05). ⑤ The weight of liver and kidney in female rats of the high-dose group were lower than that of the negative control group during exposing period (P<0.01). During the recovery period, lung weight in male rats of the medium dose group was lower than that of the negative control group (P<0.01). ⑥ There was no significant difference in broncho alveolar lavage fluid:among the treatment groups (P>0.05). ⑦ No obvious lesions were found in the organs of the negative control group and the high-dose group according to histopathological evaluation. The changes of the above indicators showed no dose-effect relationship.[Conclusion] Therefore, no significant toxic effect was produced on rats after 90 days of inhalation of glycerin at the exposure dose of 750 mg/kg.

Analysis on TSNAs and alkaloid contents in different types of cigar tobacco from different regions at home and abroad

To clarify the correlation of composition and content of alkaloids and contents of tobacco-specific nitrosamines (TSNAs) in cigar tobacco leaves from different regions at home and abroad, 55 tobacco samples of different types (filler, wrapper and binder) and from different regions were collected and analyzed. The results indicated that the variability of alkaloids content in samples of different regions was relatively large, the nicotine content was 0.66%~10.02%, the nornicotine content was 0.04%~0.79%, and the nicotine conversion rate was 2.07%~28.01%. Except for the relative higher alkaloids content in samples from domestic regions, the alkaloids contents of samples from other producing areas showed no significant difference. The total alkaloids content in the filler was higher than that of wrapper and binder. The conversion of nicotine to nornicotine in tobacco samples of different types and from different regions was prominent. The TSNAs contents in cigar samples from different regions ranged from 1.46 μg/g to 25.75 μg/g. Moreover, the NNN content was the highest (0.63 μg/g~20.91 μg/g) and showed great variability. Correlation analysis showed that the higher conversion rate of nicotine in cigar leaves was the main reason for the higher contents of total TSNAs and NNN in filler, wrapper and binder. The varietal improvement of nicotine conversion traits and the optimization of alkaloid composition are important approaches to produce high quality Chinese cigar tobacco with low toxicity.

Data is an increasingly important production factor. How to process and utilize data, release the value of data, and realize the digital transformation of enterprises is an important issue faced by all organizations. This paper studies the implementation step, practice mode, technical tool and influencing factors of current mainstream data asset management at home and abroad, analyzes the successful practices in relevant fields of China, and organically integrates the relevant content of various segments of traditional data management. In this work, a new enterprise data asset management method is proposed, which is innovative in the aspects of master data management, data sharing management and data control platform, so as to solve the shortcomings of traditional data asset management method in the actual application of enterprises. The proposed enterprise data asset management method has been practiced in an enterprise, with good results achieved.

Curing and fermentation are important production links that determine the quality of cigar tobacco leaves and finished products. Compared with flue-cured tobacco, the curing process of cigar tobacco leaves is more gentle, and microorganisms have a more important role in the formation of the final quality of cigar tobacco leaves. This article summarizes the research progress of cigar tobacco leaf curing and fermentation, and believes that genomics, metabolomics and other technologies should be used to further study the role of microorganisms in cigar tobacco leaf curing and fermentation.

Research on multi-echelon coordinated inventory control model of tobacco industry enterprises

In order to realize the efficient utilization of pallet warehouse storage capacity of industrial enterprises and the efficient operation of the dispatch warehouses, and to reduce the cost of warehouse shifting, the cigarettes in the delivery warehouse are divided into three categories using ABC classification method and assigned with different internal stock-sales ratios. According to the stock-sales ratio, daily shipping demand and storage capacity, three different demands for dispatch are identified and subdivided, and several different strategies for dispatch are generated. An internal inventory control model based on the three-level storage system of pallet warehouse, transfer warehouse and delivery warehouse is established. The empirical results showed that: (1) the utilization ratio of pallet warehouse capacity increased from 75.2% to 82.3%, (2) Inventory turnover increased from 20.12 times per year to 22.24 times per year, (3) the unit cost of warehouse shifting decreased from 3.75 yuan per unit to 3.31 yuan per unit. The proposed model is proved to be effective in internal inventory control of industrial enterprises.

Similarity experiment on temperature characteristics of e-cigarette and establishment of scaledmodel experimental platform

[Objective] A novel method for collecting the experimental parameters of electronic cigarette was proposed.[Method] Based on the similarity principle, a scaled-model experimental platform was designed. The similarity experiments were carried out with various e-liquids composed of propylene glycol (PG) and vegetable glycerol (VG) in different ratios. According to the similarity criteria of physical parameters, the scaled-model simulation results can be converted into the experimental results of prototype electronic cigarettes.[Results] (1) Under the same heating power and suction mode, the temperature rise rate of coil for VG was faster than that for PG. The temperature rise rate of coil would increase with the VG content in e-liquid. (2) The temperature rise rate of coil in atomizing core was the fastest among all measuring points, and follow by that at the interface position between coil and cotton, and that at the center of wick was the slowest. (3) During the consecutive puffing process, the initial temperature and maximum temperature of each puffing would increase with puff number.

Differences of carbon and nitrogen metabolism and related gene expression during leaf senescence phase for different flue-cured tobacco varieties

[Background] This study aims to study the difference and relationship of carbon and nitrogen metabolism and related gene expression in the leaf senescence stage of different flue-cured tobacco varieties.[Methods] Taking the middle leaves of four flue-cured tobacco varieties with different yellowing performances in the field as materials, this paper analyzed the changes of the content of plastid pigments and intermediates of carbon and nitrogen metabolism during the process from leaf maturation to senescence, and detected the expression levels of related genes.[Results] The content of chlorophyll and carotenoid in the leaves of Yuyan10 was low, and the decrement reached the maximum with the increase of leaf age. The carotenoid cleavage dioxygenase gene (CCD) expression level was high, the decrement of NC89 was smaller, and the content was higher, and the CCD expression level was lower. The content of starch in leaves reached a peak at 50-60 d of leaf age, and then began to decline. From the peak to the 70 d of leaf age, the decrement in starch content of Yuyan 10 (38.65%) was relatively large, and the expression levels of its starch synthesization-related genes, including granulebound starch synthase gene (GBSS1) and starch branching enzyme gene (SBE), were relatively low. The contents of total sugar and reducing sugar also decreased significantly from the peak to the 70 d of leaf age. The contents of starch, total sugar, reducing sugar and total carbon in NC89 were relatively high. The carbon metabolism indexes of Yunyan87 and K326 were in the middle level between those of Yuyan 10 and those of NC89. The total nitrogen, C/N ratio and nicotine content in Yuyan 10 leaves from leaf maturation to senescence were significantly lower than those of NC89. Consistently, nitrogen transfer related cytoplasmic glutamine synthase gene (GS1-3) had significantly higher expression level in Yuyan10 than in NC89 after 40 days of leaf age, and nitrogen assimilation related chloroplast glutamine synthase gene (GS2), glutamate dehydrogenase gene (GDH1) and nitrate reductase gene (NR) had the relatively low expression levels in Yuyan10.[Conclusions] The senescence characteristics of different flue-cured tobacco varieties are related to carbon and nitrogen metabolism. The varieties with rapid leaf senescence rate have weaker starch synthesis and metabolism, lower starch content, weaker nitrogen assimilation, stronger ability of nitrogen reutilization and retransfer metabolism, and lower carbon and nitrogen metabolism.
