Community structure and diversity of adnascent fungi of tobacco seeds

Abstract This study aims to understand the community structure and diversity of adnascent fungi of tobacco seeds. Illumina MiSeq highthroughput sequencing technology was used to determine the adnascent fungi of K326, Yunyan 85, L8 and 301 seeds. Results showed that the dominant fungi of K326 seeds are Alternaria, Gibberella, Cryptococcus, Fusarium, Rhodotorula, etc.; the dominant fungi of Yunyan 85 are Gibberella, Monographella, Alternaria, Rhodotorula and Fusarium; the dominant fungus of 301 is mainly Alternaria; the dominant fungi of L8 are Alternaria and Aspergillus, Fusarium, Gibberella, and Cryptococcus, etc.
